Description
This is a shot of the Atlantic coastline on the Isle Lewis, the lower part of the landmass that makes up the northern Outer Hebrides, on the extreme west coast of Scotland. This site, which it think is called Borve, didnt appear in our guide books and wasnt really part of the itinerary. However, on our way south to Leverburgh, we came across these fantastic waves, cashing against the coast. Looking out to Taransay, it was a fantastic sight. The rocky coastline, crisp summer temperatures, and turquoise blue waters was a sight that I really didnt expect to see in my home country. Needless to say, I spent some significant time here composing all sort of rocky coastline shots. It was a real bonus on a day that was already filled with great photographic opportunities.
