Very cool shot, love the tones, and makes a great abstract, Ray, f/v.

Artist's Description

This mooring line was an opportunistic shot, taken on the Algiers Ferry, just before we crossed the Mississippi River to downtown New Orleans, 2009. I did actually get into a little bit of trouble with the Master of the vessel as I ventured toward the mooring hook on the ferry. As a engineer with marine experience, this was more than a little embarrassing.
