Description
The is an early winters view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, looking west from my favourite rocky perch next to the swinging bridge near the top of Grandfather Mountain. The haze surrounding the distant hills is actually smoke from a large expanse of wildfires that worked its way thorough this part of the Appalachian Mountains in November 2016.
