Artist's Description

The North Sea coast never looked so inviting – the lovely coloured waters and the crashing waves – it was almost idyllic. However, this is Scotland and cold does not even begin to describe the sea here. The pebble beach was also somewhat lacking in attractiveness, but I am told that when the tide is out the pebbles give way to a sandy beach. Maybe one day I’ll come back and take a look. This was taken at Findhorn, and hour or so’s drive east from Inverness. Scotland, 2017.
