Description

This is a shot of the US Navy Blue Angels, taken during the airshow at Ellington Field in Housto in 2014. I did not have a long lens that day, so had to make do with a wider angle. However, I actually enjoyed getting this wide angle shots of the demonstration – the contrails from the jets made all sorts of fantastic shapes in the sky, and this one demonstrated the tight apex at the height of this particular maneuver.
