Artist's Description

This is the Sound of Arisaig, a famous stretch of the Scottish Atlantic coastline, looking out toward the Isle of Eigg. I just that Scotland’s coastline has these crystal clear blue waters. Many would associate such conditions with more exotic locations, but the truth is that it is the reflectively of the sand and a lack of suspended sediments which cause such glorious conditions. Not the climate! 2016
