Description

This is quite a distinctive tower, sitting on the banks of the Colorado River in downtown Austin. I believe it is the Austin ‘Proper’ building. It does appear that in the last few years that there have been many of these gleaming glass towers appearing on the Austin skyline. The seat of government in many of the US states do not always attract this kind of development, but Austin seems to be an example of positive inward development, despite its reputation as having a demographic (liberal) build up that is quite distinct from other big Texas states. 2022.
