Nice work Ray and congrats on this image being featured in the "Texas" group!

Artist's Description

This is the courthouse at Lockhart, an old railroad town between San Antonio and Austin, in central Texas. We didnt intend on stopping here on the way back to Houston, but the combination of the fading sunlight and the quaint architecture demanded a brief pause to walk around the town square. I really cannot speak much to the architecture of this building, or its significance in wider Texan culture, but it certainly did seem worthy of a shot or two. What it really did do, though, was to spark my interest in photographing some of the more remote and older part of rural Texas.
