This was my view on my walk home from work every night while living in New Orleans – the live oaks of Audubon Park. On this particular occasion the evening sunlight was lighting up the hanging Spanish Moss with a beautiful golden light. When you see sights such as this, then it is no surprise that this is often considered one of the (actually many) defining symbols of this great city. New Orleans, 2011.
