The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. A couple of boats tied up in the Sound of Mull, looking out from Fionnphort to the Isle of Iona. I do love the black and white conversion of this shot, but aspect that it, therefore, misses as that these waters are not as dark and foreboding as the image suggests. They are actually a brilliant turquoise, the like of which you rarely see at this latitude. Scotland, 2010
