Just before sunrise, the operators of the Galveston Historic Pleasure Pier seem to have a habit to testing the lights on the rides, something that i noticed on my last photography based shoot of this Gulf of Mexico coastal structure. I don't know why they do this, but i was more than happy to shoot it! October 2015.
