Description

This in-line shot of the Washington Monument and the Congress was taken kneeling down at the bottom edge of the reflecting pool near the Lincoln Memorial. It was a summer’s evening and that pool is not deep – which meant the bugs were a complete nightmare, and the smell was overpowering. I toughed through it though to get the shot. Washington DC, 2022.
